Welcome to the UNILEAD programme at the University of Oldenburg!
What?
The UNILEAD programme is a Blended-Learning program for young University Leaders within the field of Higher Education Management. The program focuses on Project Management, Management of Financial Resources and Human Resource Management as well as the development and implementation of individual projects.
For whom?
The programme is directed at young University Leaders in South East Asia, South and East Africa, Central America (incl. Mexico, Colombia) and the Middle East.
Where?
The programme takes place at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany.
When?
The UNILEAD programme is an annual program, starting in July each year.
Why?
The key objective of UNILEAD is to bring together a group of approx. 20 professionals working in middle to senior level management at (Higher) Education Institutions. The idea is to enable the participants to tackle inherent problems of their positions.
